The Opportunity

We are currently representing a major  organisation seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations for high-profile data center developments based out of Athens, Greece.

This is a premier role, offering the chance to oversee critical infrastructure delivery and manage high-value commercial portfolios within the rapidly expanding Greek digital infrastructure market.

Key Requirements for the Commercial Manager Data Centers

  • Nationality / Work Authorization: Must be a Greek National or hold a current, valid work permit for Greece.

  • Experience: Extensive post-contract experience within the construction industry, with a proven, mandatory background in Data Center construction projects.

  • Role Type: Client-side experience is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of managing commercial strategies, cost control, contractor packages, and stakeholder alignment from a developer or client-side perspective.
