Our client EPC client is seeking a Country Procurement Manager to oversee their national supply chain and vendor governance.

Who We Are Looking For

We are welcoming applications from Malaysian nationals worldwide—whether you are looking to relocate back home or are already based in Malaysia—with a proven background in high-tech and industrial construction:

  • Experience Level: A minimum of 10+ years of procurement and supply chain experience within a main contractor, EPC, or industrial construction environment, including at least 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

  • Procurement Leadership: Proven track record in developing and executing national procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain governance for major capital projects.

  • Specialist Package Experience: Direct exposure to trade package letting, sub-contractor selection, vendor negotiations, and long-lead equipment procurement (specifically M&E, HVAC, high-voltage switchgear, and cleanroom packages).

  • Sector Backgrounds: Deep experience within Data Centres, Biopharmaceuticals, Laboratories, Cleanrooms, Advanced Technology, or complex industrial schemes.

  • Supply Chain Governance: Hands-on expertise in vendor qualification, framework agreements, total landed cost (TLC) evaluation, and digital procurement tools (such as SAP Ariba).

  • Qualifications: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related engineering/construction discipline.

  • Eligibility: Candidates must hold Malaysian citizenship or permanent residency status.
