The Role: Project Manager Construction Oxfordshire

In this role, you won’t just be a bystander; you will be the engine room of project delivery. You will lead from the front, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial feasibility to final handover.

  • Portfolio Diversity: Take ownership of diverse capital projects, ensuring they meet Oxford’s high standards of architectural and technical excellence.

  • Consultancy Leadership: Provide expert technical advice and rigorous pre/post-contract management.

  • Contractual Command: Demonstrate mastery over JCT and NEC contract suites to safeguard project commerciality.

  • Strategic Planning: Utilize Asta PowerProject or MS Project to maintain flawless project timelines.

  • Stakeholder Synergy: Act as the primary interface between high-profile clients, specialist contractors, and design teams.

Your Professional Profile

We are looking for a PM who is technically sharp, commercially aware, and ready for their next big step.

  • Consultancy Background: Roughly 4–6 years of post-qualification experience specifically within a UK Construction Consultancy.

  • Academic Foundation: A degree in a construction-related discipline is essential.

  • Professional Ambition: You are ideally MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM qualified, or you are currently being supported on the path to Chartership.

  • Technical Skillset: Proven expertise in design coordination, strategic procurement, and value engineering.
