The Role

Stafford Lawrence is currently partnering with a prominent Cost Consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Birmingham office. Following a period of sustained growth, our client is looking for a seasoned professional to lead projects within the Mixed-Use, Commercial, Residential, and Education sectors.

This is a strategic appointment, reporting directly to the Regional Director, and offers a clear pathway for professional progression.

Key Requirements for the Senior Cost Consultant Birmingham UK

  • Professional Status: MRICS Chartered preferred Candidates currently working towards their APC will be considered.

  • Education: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

  • Experience: Previous experience within a UK Cost Consultancy is essential.

  • Technical Reach: Proven expertise across Pre and Post Contract services.

  • Leadership: Experience in client management and mentoring junior surveyors.
