Key Responsibilities- Senior MRICS Quantity Surveyor Job Winchester

  • Project Leadership: Take the lead on diverse project commissions from inception to completion, including commercial, residential, education, and mixed-use schemes.

  • Strategic Cost Advice: Deliver expert pre- and post-contract cost management and collaborate closely with project management teams.

  • Contract Expertise: Apply practical, hands-on experience with JCT or NEC contract forms.

  • Team Development: Mentor, guide, and support junior quantity surveyors within the team.

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

  • PQS Experience: A strong, mandatory background working within a PQS (Professional Quantity Surveying) or Cost Consultancy environment.

  • Chartered Status: Full MRICS Chartered status is preferred; exceptional senior candidates well-advanced in their APC journey will also be considered.

  • Education: A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.

  • Ambition: A clear desire to excel, progress to Associate level, and step into a long-term leadership role.

  • Base Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (highly competitive).
