Candidates must meet the following criteria, please also note, we can only accept applications from UK based candidates with a current right to live and work in the UK.

  • Professional Qualification: MRICS  Chartered status is essential for this job vacancy

  • Core Competencies: Proven experience delivering Condition Surveys, Contract Administration, Insurance Reinstatement Projects, and Dilapidations.

  • Sector Experience: Exposure to both Public and Private Sector clients. Experience with Ecclesiastical projects is advantageous.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical building surveying expertise across both professional services and project delivery.
  • Ambition & Teamwork: A strong drive to develop your career, thrive in a collaborative environment, and contribute to a growing consultancy.

  • Location & Mobility: Ideally located between Market Harborough/ Luton/ East Middlands, with the ability to travel for project work.

The Role: Professional Services & Project Delivery

Joining a friendly and ambitious team, take ownership of a varied workload across professional surveying and project management schemes. Key duties include:

  • Project Execution: Leading project work from inception through completion for public and private sector clients, including insurance reinstatement and refurbishment schemes.

  • Professional Surveys: Conducting detailed Condition Surveys, preparing Dilapidations schedules, and managing ecclesiastical projects.

  • Contract Administration: Overseeing construction contracts, managing tender packages, and ensuring quality and compliance on site.

  • Client Liaison: Managing client relationships across East Midlands to maintain the consultancy’s high standard of service and secure repeat business.
