How the “Ethical Referral” Magic Works

We like to keep things transparent (and fair). Here is the 4-step plan to becoming our favorite person:

  1. Spot a Pro: Find a construction professional (from Assistant to Board Level) who is either actively looking or just… uninspired where they are.

  2. Ask First: Nobody likes a surprise recruiter call! Make sure you have their permission to pass their details to us.

  3. The Intro: Send them our way! We’ll check if they’re already in our system (i.e., they haven’t applied to us in the last 12 months).

  4. The Payoff: Once they successfully join our client and clear their probation period, you get to pick your prize.

Choose Your Reward: Vouchers or Good Karma

We believe in ethical incentives, so we skip the brown envelopes of cash and offer two meaningful ways to say “thanks.”

1. Treat Yourself (Vouchers)

Choose vouchers for your favorite store (Amazon, John Lewis, etc.).

  • Note: Due to the taxman’s rules, we cap vouchers at £250 per tax year.

2. Save the Planet (Charity Donation)

We can donate the equivalent fee to a cause that actually matters:

  • National Trust: Plant a tree and help UK conservation.

  • Your Choice: Nominate any registered charity, and we’ll send the funds in your name.
