This is a retained search for an ambitious professional who wants to progress to a Partner level and play a crucial role in expanding the company’s offering, particularly within the Luxury Residential Market.
The Role: What you’ll be doing as a Senior Associate Building Surveyor
As the new Senior Associate Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the Exeter office’s Building Surveying team. Your main goals will be to:
- Lead and grow the Building Surveying team in Exeter, acting as a mentor and guide.
- Revamp and expand the service offering, focusing on both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying.
- Develop new business in the region and push into the high-end Luxury Residential sector.
- Collaborate and mentor colleagues in other offices, sharing your expertise and helping the wider team grow.
- Manage key client relationships and stakeholders.
What we’re looking for in A Senior Associate Building Surveyor
We’re seeking a passionate and driven MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record of leadership. To be considered, you’ll need:
- Chartered status (MRICS) is a must for this role.
- A degree in Building Surveying or another RICS-accredited, construction-related field.
- Strong experience in both Commercial and Residential Building Surveying.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and team leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work independently.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
