As a key leader in the Devon team, your focus will span the entire project lifecycle across diverse sectors: Commercial, Residential, Education, and Healthcare.

Strategic Project Control: Provide end-to-end (pre and post-contract) project management, ensuring technical and contractual compliance from concept to handover.

Contract Management Expertise: Expertly manage all standard contract forms, including NEC and JCT, minimizing risk and optimizing project outcomes.

Financial & Commercial Acumen: Drive project profitability through stringent budget oversight, cost control, and strategic value engineering initiatives.

Team Leadership & Mentoring: Act as a senior figure, mentoring and developing junior Project Management staff to build internal capability.

Essential Requirements for the Senior Project Manager Role
