The Opportunity: Quantity Surveying Jobs In Dubai Middle East

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Due to the fierce competition for vacancies in Dubai, candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for future openings:

Professional Status: You must hold full MRICS Chartered Status.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of Quantity Surveying experience, with the majority gained in the UK or Ireland.

Consultancy Background: At least 3 years of experience must be specifically within a Cost Consultancy (PQS) or Client-side organisation.

Project Expertise: Demonstrable experience in Residential projects (Villas or Apartments).

Education: A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CostX or similar measurement software.
