Due to a surge in new project wins, they are seeking an ambitious Consultancy Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. Role & Sector Focus

As a Consultancy Quantity Surveyor, you will lead or support (depending on seniority) a variety of high-profile projects. Candidates with experience in the following sectors are highly encouraged to apply:

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor Jobs in London

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: Proven track record within a UK-based Cost Consultancy / PQS firm.

  • Education: An RICS Accredited Degree (BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management).

  • Chartered Status: MRICS is desirable, but we strongly welcome applications from those currently enrolled in their APC (Assessment of Professional Competence). Full mentoring and training for the APC are provided.

  • Location: Currently based in London or looking to relocate from within the UK.

  • Skills: Ability to manage workloads independently, schedule projects, and ideally mentor junior staff.

  • Eligibility: Must be a UK National or possess a valid Right to Work in the UK. (Sponsorship is not available for this position).

Salary and Benefits Package

In addition to a competitive salary of £45,000 – £54,000 (negotiable based on Chartered status), you will receive:
