The Role

We are looking for either an Intermediate or Senior Cost Consultant to join their London team. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion. Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for a professional with a solid consultancy background who is ready to take on increased responsibility.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a reputable UK Cost Consultancy.

  • Education: A BSc in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related construction degree.

  • Professional Status: MRICS Chartered status is desirable. We also encourage applications from candidates currently working towards their APC who have the requisite consultancy experience.

  • Project Expertise: Experience delivering projects across Mixed-Use, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, or Civils sectors.

  • Skills: Ability to manage projects from inception to completion. Mentoring experience is an asset, as is any prior exposure to Employer’s Agent (EA) duties.

  • Location: We are recruiting for candidates currently based in London or those willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

  • Right to Work: Candidates must possess a valid right to live and work in the United Kingdom. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary and Benefits

Our client offers a generous compensation package, with salaries scaled based on your specific experience and technical capability.

  • Basic Salary: 45,000 to 70,000 GBP per annum.

  • Annual Leave: 33 days total, including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, plus your Birthday off.
